I Am A PCL Reconstruction Patient. I Had My First

I am a PCL reconstruction patient. I had my first surgery in 2012. Then another in 2014 to check for other tears due to instability and retrieve a foreign object. I've had it pop and snap since then. A few were a couple of loud hard ones. Well today while getting out of my car it really popped. For about 10 minutes i could barely bare any weight. Now it is swollen, warm, and aches. then if i attempt to straighten it. there is a sharp pain in the back outside of my knee. If i do put weight on it and straighten it, I can feel it being extremely lax. I can't maintain balance.
