I Am A POST Menopausal Woman Aged 59. I Went

I am a POST menopausal woman aged 59. I went through menopause naturally at age 42, never had my tubes tied or anything..... I have a slight discharge and at times it smells sort of strong musky, but every checkup says there is nothing wrong. I have a wonderful partner and he is clean as well. My question is: Could my diet be causing this problem.......
