I Am A Respiratory Therapist In A Pediatric Facility Just

I am a Respiratory Therapist in a pediatric facility just got orders from ENT to nebulize ciprodex for inhalation. Had never had an order for this just wondering if it is a new use for cprodex as currently usually give tobramycin as inhaled antibiotic. Any side effects to watch for other than bronchospasm.
