I Am A Stage IV NSCLC Patient, In A Trial

I am a Stage IV NSCLC patient, in a trial therapy, disease currently stable. Tonight I have blue hands and dark blue nail beds, my fingers are numb, and my temp is 95. BP is 129/87. Breathing was shallow and now it's about as good as I can manage. I am not on home oxygen. What should I do?
