I am a Vietnm vet who has been subjected to agent orange and have developed diabetes as a result. Over the years I have experienced periodontal problems which has resulted in tooth loss. At present I am in need of dental work as the pain can prove unbearable at times. Costs are a concern as my income is limited to social security and a modest pension.
