I Am A Bit Of A Hypocondriac And Also Suffer

I am a bit of a hypocondriac and also suffer from dilusional disorder. Currently im going through another phase where i believe im infected with stds, praticularly hiv. My question is can i give anything to a family member from exposed blood or semen on my clothes or the floor.. Anything like that. I am gettin tested this week but i am really tired of worrying about this. Thank you!
