I Am A Brittle Diabetic Due To Acute Necrotizing Pancreatitus

I am a brittle diabetic due to acute necrotizing pancreatitus which claimed 75% of my pancreas. Then I caught pneumonia and I became diabetic. that was 17 years ago and just these last 6 months I have become affected by gastroparesis, which has so totally messed up my routine, I still can't get a handle on my numbers. I am due for another follow up with my doc in two weeks, and I would like to be prepared for an intelligent conversation with him then. Does someone have answers that might work?
