I Am A Cancer Survivor (25 Yrs Now) And Had

I am a cancer survivor (25 yrs now) and had a radical historectomy (adenocarcenoma) sorry for the spelling. I am older (in my 70's) and find it very painful to have intercourse with my husband, for a year or more. I went to my doctor and rec'd prescription for VAGIFEM 10MCG (tablets). Can you tell me the side affects and should I be concerned because I had cervical cancer. Thank you
