I Am A Care Taker Of My Mother Who Had

I am a care taker of my mother who had a stroke in December. Tonight she is not feeling well and I took her blood pressure for the past 45 minutes it has been in the range of 108/59 pulse of 61 what do you think?
She did have a busy day of therapy and transport from home to dr office I assumed that she is just fatigued.
