I Am A Chronic Patient Of IBS. After Eating My

I am a chronic patient of IBS. After eating my stomach ( right in the center of abdomen) bloat and a mild pain starts. I am taking pantoprazole for the last 8 years. Now as someone has suggested i am taking Softovac( Lupin) and Normaxin-RT for the last two days. But the bloat feel is still there.
I have to travel oftenly and easily get affected of Gastritis. I m allergic to Tinian olé.
Kindly suggest the right drug.

My weight is 80 kg ; height 5.7 ft and age is 60 years. I am following a strict regime of walking for an hour daily.
