I Am A Concerned Friend, My Friend Had Been Attacked

I am a concerned friend, my friend had been attacked by dog in 2013 and shortly after her grandmother who she was real close to had passed away.. She don't like talking about either but I can see through her fake smile she does shea not the same as she once was and she's only twenty one what can I do to help her?
