I Am A Constant Spitter. I Always Feel.like There Is

I am a constant spitter. I always feel.like there is extra saliva in my mouth. Every morning i have to blow my nose and spit to clear my head out. I tend to get stuffed up in my sinus area when it gets cold and i tend to get sore throats.and cough up chesty phlem numerous times a month. What do you think it.may be?
