I Am A Diabetic My Sugar Goes Up And Down

I am a diabetic my sugar goes up and down I can get up in the am and my sugar will be 60 or66 so I don't take a pill or insulin. well I had to find a new dr. she told me no matter what my sugar was I still neede to take35 units or my pill if I do that I will go unto a coma and I told her so. I go by what my old dr told me and do very well what do u think of what this pa told me
