I Am A Diabetic Since 2009 . I Am Taking

I am a diabetic since 2009 . I am taking Gluconorm 500 since 2009. Since 2012 , after an attack of Cellulitis , I have been taking Istamet 50/500 twice a day . On 8th March this year , while doing routine check-up , my BS level was found less than normal ( F 87, pp 113, HbA1c 5.7 ). Consequently , I was advised to reduce Istamet to only morning dose , and Glycomet 500 in the night . I have just repeated the test after 21 days of changed medication . My Sugar level now is Fasting 94 , PP 109.
Do I need to reduce medication farther ?
