I Am A Dialysis Patient For The Past 4 And

I am a dialysis patient for the past 4 and half years. presently I am taking cilakar 10 mg in the afternoon and night and in the morning I used to take amladipine 5 mg in the empty stomac. but my BP remains 150/80 on pre dialysis and 180-170/80 on post dialysis. whether it is normal or I hae to change to any other medicine.
