I am a disabled non combat Vietnam Era Vet. I have Chronic Pnemonia, severe stage IV COPD, and tachycacardia. I smoked for 40 years. While I was in service I was hospitalized for 5 days for for Pnemonia and tachacardia. could there be a nexus there. and what do you charge to view files and write a letter
