I Am A Doctor, Was Examining An HIV Patient With

I am a doctor, was examining an HIV patient with a pinwheel and stuck myself immediately after examining him. No blood on pinwheel from either of us, but I do have a puncture wound in my finger. What is my risk of transmission? He is on antivirals and says his viral load is zero.
