I am a fairly healthy 48 yo woman. Slightly overweight, elevated blood pressure lately. My left inside calf I have a varicose vein that seems to be more prominent lately. Last couple weeks, seems behind the inside of my knee, a tightening and puffiness has occurred. I'm concerned it is a vital vein to my heart. Can you help?
