I Am A Farmer. I Had A Long Work Day

I am a farmer. I had a long work day almost 16 hours. When i ate dinner, i got severe hiccups. I got a lump in my esopagus where it was very painful to swallow even a little water. After about 15 minutes it subsided and i was able to sip and swallow water. i am ok now, but i never got this before. What dom you think. Thanks.info
