I Am A Female 40 Yrs Old. I Am Experiencing

I am a female 40 yrs old. I am experiencing thinning all over my head. Now my scalp is showing everywhere. I tried minoxidil but it did not work. For the past 5 yrs I have this problem. But it has suddenly accelerated in the past few months. I was told I have androgenetic alopecia along with telegenic effluvium. I am diabetic and have thyroid.
