I Am A Female 52 I Had 2 Episodes Days

I am a female 52 I had 2 episodes days apart the first was my right upper arm sudden severe squeezing pain that lasted about 1 minute..4 days later it happened to my left arm with tingling in my hand. I don't feel myself, tired with lots of heartburn. I go to work and do housework and walk the bike trail, but can't wait to sit down.
