I Am A Female 57 Years Old. I Take Bioidentical

I am a female 57 years old. I take bioidentical hormones for two years for pre-menopause, mixture of natural hormones, natural estrogen and small amount of testosterone. They have helped my many premenopausal symptoms that were coming on, sleeplessness, irritability, some hot flashes. However, the last five days I've felt a feeling of my skin crawling, hard to describe, but like internally itching and anxious feeling is best I can describe it. Any suggestions what I have?
