I Am A Female 57 Years..good Health I Think Except

I am a female 57 years..good health I think except for chronic back pain for past 8 years. I don't take pain medicine..I just deal with it. For the past couple week now, my lower front side by my upper left leg has been giving me surprise shots of really bad pain that goes from front to back on left side only..which makes my leg collapse. So far I haven't fallen..the pain last a few seconds..today it's lasted almost 30 seconds when I was outside. I don't know if it may be my hip starting to give out..or what? I take Vitamin D prescription..Vitamin B12 shots once a month..I'm 5'6 weigh about 124lbs. Thank you, Kathleen
