I Am A Female, 58 Years Old, 150 Lbs. I

I am a female, 58 years old, 150 lbs. I have been on antibiotics for bronchitis for 5 days and am feeling somewhat better except for continued chest pain around the rib cage (left breast) in particular. The pain was under the right rib cage when I went to the doctor but pain in now on the left side. When I am sleeping lying on my back, I feel the pain upon turning over. My cough is much better now but am wondering how long it will take for this pain to go away? Please advise. Thank you.
