I Am A Female, 60 Years Of Age. I Have

I am a female, 60 years of age. I have never smoked. I am overweight. I take medication for high blood pressure. Tonight I was sewing for about an hour-- in the same position at the machine for that time. I got up and began feeling very strange electrical-like sensations going from the right side of my chest, kind've wave-like , to the left side. This only lasted about 30 seconds, but was very strange. I have had a bit of a cold, and have been feeling a little under the weather the last few days, and have also experienced a few moments of light dizziness. I am worried about these weird electrical sensations, and wondering if it is my heart.
