I Am A Female. I Do Shave My Pubic Area

I am a female. I do shave my pubic area and i am sexually active too. A few weeks back i noticed boil like lumps on my pubic area.. after a few days they had become larger . Its been almost half month they have not gone n few days back i noticed they had spread a bit to the lips.. they are painless without itching. What are they??
