I Am A Female, Age 44. I Have Been Treated

I am a female, age 44. I have been treated for breast cancer since May of last year. I had a mastectomy, followed by 6 rounds of taxotere/carboplatin chemo, and I am also having herceptin. This past Tuesday, I had phase 3 of breast reconstruction, and I also had a tummy tuck at the same time. I am having back pain that comes and goes and is not relieved by medicine or heat. Is this an emergency?
