I Am A Female Aged 43. I Have Had A

I am a female aged 43. I have had a low-grade Fever with chills, swollen glands, pain in my neck, (it hurts to turn my head and swallow) body aches, extreme fatigue, night sweats, headache, post nasal drip ( no nasal congestion or runny nose) and sore throat. ( I've had my tonsils removed). I had 10 days of antibiotics three weeks ago and it improved my fever, aches, and pain. My symptoms have been active for 3 months. I thought it was the flu so I've been treating the symptoms to no avail. I've had a flu shot. All my children have had some symptoms of cold/flu rot some degree but they passed in 3-5 days.
