I Am A Female And 36 Years Of Age,weight Is

I am a female and 36 years of age,weight is 68 kgs and height is 5'5''.My head is spinning while sleeping.I don't have any thyroid problem.Some times i am suffering severe neck pain along with both shoulders.I consulted the physicians and got MRI twice but there is no problem in MRI.
In recent days i am suffering with head spinning while sleep.
Can you please suggest the best medicine
