I Am A Female And Have A Rash And Itching

I am a female and have a rash and itching in the groin area only. I put a lotion called Aquaphor on the rash, it helps, have also used Clotrimazole and Betamethasone Dipropionate Cream and taken a prescription of Fluconazole 150mg, the itching stops for a while then gradually starts again. I am only using the Aquaphor now, itching is not bad during the day but gets bad in the evening.
