I Am A Female And Have Done USG WHOLE ABDOMEN.

I am a female and have done USG WHOLE ABDOMEN. Report is as follows:
1. Mild hepatomegaly with coarse bright parenchyma
2. Contracted GB
3. Fatty Pancreas
4. 1 UCD inside endometrial cavity

I have been advised to take:
1. Raberite D - 1 tab in the morning for 30 days
2. Syp Vitazyme - 10 ml 3 times daily after meal for 7 days
3. Tab Pankreoflat - 2 tab twice daily after meal for 15 days
4. Syp Mariliv DS - 10 ml twice daily for 1 month

Do I have to take any precaution.
Do I have to consult any other doctor.
Is there any food habit I have to take care.
Please suggest.
