I Am A Female And I Have Pain And Pressure

I am a female and i have pain and pressure in my lower right side all the way above my private area to my belly button. I have also been bleeding and have been peeing big blood clots. I did exercise bridges where I lift my toddler nephew and also fell down 8 steps of stairs on my butt. The first time i got this sever pain on all my left side to my private part and began bleeding and giving clots then it went away & that is when i fell and now won’t stop bleeding and pain on left side.
