I Am A First Time Meth User. I Do Use

I am a first time meth user. I do use heroin 1 day a week but since Thurs, I have been IV'ing meth a couple times a day until yesterday, which was Sunday.
Today I am experiencing the following:
Shakes, fever 100.6, dizziness and/ or near fainting upon standing, weakness, lethargy, heart rate and pulse rate are on again off again high, mild chest pain (random), and on again off again shortness of breath. What's causing this and what can I do at home to help make it go away or lessen? Can I take asprin or Tylenol? Please help I am scared to death right now please help!!!
