I Am A Fish Filleter. And I Have Been Training

I am a fish filleter. And I have been training for the past five months. Sometimes my hand locks up the ring/pinky finger when closed. And once a month or so we 'chop' fish. I like to use a heavy cleaver when doing this. And now my hand is hard to close fully and when I succeed the locking still occurs
