I Am A Forty Year Old Female With Otosclerosis In

I am a forty year old female with otosclerosis in my left ear. I've had it since my early 20's. I always experience the whooshing sound in that ear, it doesn't go away. In the past few weeks, however, I've had a much louder whooshing sound in both ears. I notice it when I swallow or bend over. Usually, it's in both ears. Sometimes it's in one or the other. Curious about this.
