I Am A Gastric Bypass Patient, 2 Yrs Ago I

I am a gastric bypass patient, 2 yrs ago I had severe pain, and tests showed I had a twisted bowel. The dr said it is a common problem with gastric bypass patients. An emergency surgery was performed , and I was in the hospital for a week. The pain is a constant ache, on my upper left side. I also have I.B.S., and Diverticulosis. Could the pain in my side be a twisted bowel again?
