I Am A Geriatric Nurse, I Have A Patient Who

I am a geriatric nurse, I have a patient who has recently had fluid removed r/t ascites, he is now home and is loosing body weight while gaining abdominal girth. While in the hospital 3 Liters of fluid were removed, since returning home 9-15 he has gone from 15.1# to 148.8# and his abdomen has increased from 37.5" to 39.5".
