I Am A Healthy 11 Year Old Girl, For No

I am a healthy 11 year old girl, For no reason I am breathing heavy , and I have a fast heart beat, I am not wezing, and I am not exposed to second hand smoking, or legal drugs. I don't think I have any kidney disease or lung disease. My Lungs are great and when I lay down o have a hard time breathing, I dont have amatha , and this has been happening ever sence I was 9 I can not help it, I am not streets by the way. and my head hurts really really bad like I got a bad head-ake. Do you know what is around with me?
