I Am A Healthy 40 Year Old Woman Who Recently

I am a healthy 40 year old woman who recently went to the ER on Monday night for shortness of breath when lying down. They did a ct scan of the chest and an ekg which both were normal. I was sent home with some anti-anxiety medicine which I took, but as soon as I went home to try and sleep it happened all over again. On Tuesday, I slept sitting up so I would be able to breathe right, but found that once I ate something (a bowl of life cereal) I started getting horrific chest pain. It was so bad that I was throwing up, had hot sweats and chills. I called the doctor who recommended Pepcid AC. Within 30 minutes I felt so much better. The thing that is still bothering me is that when I eat, I experience the chest pain. I'm okay if I don't eat and take the Pepcid, but as soon as I eat something small and bland, I have bad pain.
