I am a healthy 42 year old female. I today, after soaking in the hot tub, my partner noticed a discolored spot where the skin seemed thicker and a different texture than the area around it. It is just above the crease in my bottom, and seems to be extending towards the right side. After the hot tub, the other skin in that area was red, except that area. Should I be worried?
