I Am A Healthy 59 Yr Old Female With No

I am a healthy 59 yr old female with no medical history of heart problems, HBP or diabetes. I am 68' and 150lb and do cardio exercise 2-3 times weekly. My resting heart rate is 58-60. I take 20mg of atrovastatin daily due to a history of hyperlypodemia. I also take 50mg of Zolaft daily. For about 1 week, I have had a dull achy pain in the left chest area that will sometimes radiate to my left medial elbow. It comes and goes and has no real pattern. Possible causes?
