I Am A Heart Patient . I Have Been Doing

I am a heart patient . I have been doing well since triple bypass and nitro valve repair in 2010 . Last night I could not lay down because I felt I was smothering. All day I get winded doing anything including using the restroom . Feels dizzy as I gasp for breath . It feels like I am smothering and that I would die if I can't sit down immediately. My ears ring and I am so fatigued.
