I Am A Heroine Smoker And I Have Lost Weight

I am a heroine smoker and I have lost weight drastically.so badly I barely got my period.but 5 years ago I fell pregnant and 2months later I had a miscarriage after drinking a herbal remedy.it was terrible bleeding.I had a dnc. And was told to continue with contraceptives for the next 2years.I never used the contraceptive.and recently cut down smoking started eating healthier and picked up weight.I got my first normal period 2 months ago after taking a laxative.and then nothing the next month but in between I slept with my partner and now yesterday I took a laxatives as that's the only way I can have a decent stool and it's normally sore hard balls.I am bleeding again.and would like to know if laxatives affect pregnancy.
