I Am A High School Science Teacher. I Want To

I am a high school science teacher. I want to give my students a human body project that requires them to be medical detectives of sorts. These students are gifted and talented 9th graders. I want to present six groups of five students with a different scenario of symptoms that a fictitious patient is experiencing. I want the symptoms to lead to several possibilities of conditions, but one more so than say the other two. I also want my students to state one condition that they originally considered, but ended up ruling out based upon their research. Do you have any suggestions of conditions/scenarios I could present them with and/or any websites that do this type of thing other than this one?
