I Am A Hospice Nurse And Have A Terminal Cancer

I am a hospice nurse and have a terminal cancer patient. I have been dealing with terminal restlessness and agitation. He has been taking clonazepam and lorazepam, which are short-acting. In less than 3 weeks he has averaged Haldol 4mg/day. I think we have anticholinergic side effects, but I am the only one. Are you familiar with using buspar for terminal agitation/restlessnes?
