I Am A Major Hypochondriac So The Following Question May

I am a major hypochondriac so the following question may sound ridiculous: About 10 years ago I ate two entire chickens (including all of the bones). I chewed up the bones into bite sized pieces and ate the entire two chickens. If I experienced no major trauma in my stomach (blood clot or internal bleeding) since then and I am moderately active and a roller coaster junkie. Did the whole chicken dissolve by now and am I fine or should I tell my doctor about it?
