I Am A Male, 65 Y/o On Cell-cept And About

I am a male, 65 y/o on cell-cept and about 3 months since I stopped prednisone. I have pain on palpation of my ariola's. I also have pain in many soft tissue area's, but mostly on the bottom of my feet. I can hardly walk because of the pain. Any idea's
