I Am A Male 72. I've Been On Comadin For

I am a male 72. I've been on comadin for 20 years. recently my doctor said my blood was too thin. top taking my pill for 2 days then 2.5 Thursday and call him today for the results and instructions. Unknown to me, I wasn't told, but they closed to day for some reason. Today the fingers on my right hand are very itchy and the sole of my left foot is puffy, itchy and very sore to walk on. I have take my regular 5mg pill. Any ideas
