I Am A Male 79 Years Old And Have Been

I am a male 79 years old and have been diagnosed at the doctors office as having High blood pressure.
I live alone and not under any stress. I monitor my own blood prsssure and it on average is 142/83. I have been prescibed medicine of both Zestril 20 mg and Norvasc 5 mg. My blood suger is 165 and I'm prediabetic,
what recommendations do you recommend. Also I have Erectile Dysfunction. I belong to an athletic club and have been a little lacks. Can you educate me? I also weigh 250lbs.
