I Am A Male, Age 57. I Have An Enlarged

I am a male, age 57. I have an enlarged prostate which I get checked annually. Last check up was a couple months ago. PSA was normal. I'm not overweight and in good health otherwise. Six days ago, I noticed a slight burning sensation during urination. That sensation is somewhat painful at this pointand my urine flow has less pressure, and at the beginning and end, it sprays everywhere. The opening of my penis is red and tender to the touch (slightly inflamed at the very opening). When I pinch my penis it feels "rubbery" and a bit uncomfortable with the most tender spot being at the head of my penis. When the opening rubs against my clothing, it's tender and I need to readjust my pants. After sex, it was especially tender and kept me awake for a few hours due to the discomfort.
